Brow Aftercare

First 10 Days

01

Wash your brows morning and night with Anti-bacterial soap or unscented face wash (Cetaphil or Neutrogena). Use cold or warm water.

02

Pat dry with a clean paper towel.

03

Apply a thin layer of aftercare ointment to the brows using a clean finger tip or a cotton swab. Do NOT over apply ointment. You should barely notice the ointment on your brows. If you over apply it will prolong the healing process.

The Brow Healing Process

Day 1

Slight redness to the skin around brows. Brow area may feel tender. You can take Tylenol.

Days 2-9

Brows will become significantly darker, this is totally normal. They may also form a light scab, do NOT pick any scabs! Skin may feel tight, this is normal.

Day 10-30

After 10 days you may use brow makeup (gently) if needed. During this time your brows may look lighter and faded. Be patient, it takes at least 4 weeks to see the true color as the pigment settles into the skin. Any faded areas we will strengthen during the touch up appointment.

6-10 weeks

This is the time frame you’d schedule your second appointment. This is crucial. Here is where we assess your new brows and see how your skin reacted. Here we can touch up the shape, color and any faded spots to create the look of even fuller brows.
